RESERVATIONS



Reservations can be made by telephone, e-mail, fax or online. In Estrella de Belem, we prefer personal communications, by phone or e-mail , to get more information about you in order to serve you better, but if you prefer to reserve online, click here. We will answer all e-mail as promptly as we can, but we cannot answer everything instantly. If you are in a hurry, please call.

Reservations must be guaranteed with Visa, Mastercard or bank deposit.  If the reservation is made with a credit card, please provide the type of card, name, number and expiration date.  The amount of lodging will be charged to the credit card at the time the reservation request is accepted.

CANCELLATIONS.

If a reservation is cancelled 72 hours or more before arrival, there is no penalty.  Reservations cancelled between 24 and 72 hours of arrival will be charged a penalty of 50%.  No reservation can be cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival.

When a reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to arrival, the hotel will make the corresponding refund in the same way the payment was made (credit card or bank deposit).
 
Reservations in the high season (vacation periods and long weekends) must be cancelled SEVEN DAYS prior to the arrival date.


BANK DEPOSIT OR WIRE TRANSFER.

If the reservation is made by bank deposit or wire transfer, a copy of the receipt must be faxed, or scanned and e-mailed.   The fax or e-mail should include your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and temporary reservation number, if known.  If you do not know your temporary reservation number, please include your date of arrival and departure, the name of the guest room requested, etc.
